There is nothing that my kids love more for lunch than a Snack Lunch as I call it. A snack lunch is made up of a bunch of random ingredients that we have on hand like cheese, lunch meat, vegetables, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, crackers, pickles, olives, pretzels, etc. It takes me 5 minutes to make, the kids go crazy for it and we use up ingredients that we have on hand.
