We love Summertime! There is so much to do and the weather is amazing! We are enjoying all of the summery foods and are focusing on a few nutrition tips to feel the best we can and to have the energy to enjoy all of the Summer fun.
I love being able to get outside every single day because it is so, so good for my mood. Right now, my priorities are a little different than normal as I am at the end of my pregnancy! I am not working out quite as hard as I was - my workouts are more like a walk to the playground rather than an 8-mile run.
